5 Completion of 12th floor 10%

The payment schedule starts when one books or confirms to buy the property from the builder. At this point, the home buyer will be provided with a copy of all the legal documents relevant to the project. The investor can do research or go for legal verification to validate the authenticity of the property.

The home purchaser will be given 45 days after booking the project for the next payment. By this 45 days period, the investor gets ample time to decide and validate if he wants to proceed with the buying. Most of the payments in residential apartment complexes are based on the floor levels. Mahindra Zen, the lavish community, will stand tall with G+25 floors. Thus, as per the floor level, the amount will be due.

If the buyer is looking for feasible internal customization, it should be informed before the plastering stage to avoid any additional or rework costs.

The possession date will be the last payment a buyer will be making towards the purchase. Therefore, by this time, one should make sure they have the flat registration copy on their name, legal documents, and payment clearance certificate from the builder.
